At Kidzone by Amna, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags attached (especially for clothing and school bags).
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Product-Specific Guidelines

• Kids’ Clothing & Shoes: Items must not have any stains, odors (perfume/detergent), or signs of wear. Please ensure shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles.
• Stationery & School Bags: Must be returned in original boxes/wrappers. Stationery sets must be complete (no missing pencils, erasers, etc.).
• Bottles & Lunchboxes: For hygiene reasons, these can only be returned if they are unused and the safety seal/packaging is intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/Clearance items (Only regular priced items may be refunded).
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Gift cards.

4. Exchanges (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there is a sizing issue. If you need to exchange an item for a different size in our Summer Lawn Collection or any other product, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 15 days.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed via your original method of payment or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa (for COD orders) within 7-10 working days.
• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please take a photo/video of the item and contact us at +92 333 2878801 immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no extra shipping cost to you.
